Benji Bistro 的由来Where it all began

Benji Bistro 的创立，源自一个 8 岁女孩 Marina 和她两只狗狗 Pudding、Berry 之间的爱。 Benji Bistro was inspired by the love shared between an 8-year-old girl named Marina and her two dogs, Pudding and Berry.

Marina 亲手为爱犬准备餐食，展现了对它们深深的关爱。她的父母把这份爱，变成了一家高端宠物友好餐厅的构想——一个让宠物和主人共同庆祝生活、爱与快乐的地方。 Marina showed her deep affection for her pets by preparing meals for them with her own hands. Her parents transformed this love into the vision of a high-end, pet-friendly restaurant — a place where pets and their humans come together to celebrate life, love and the pursuit of joy.

雪菲是一位生活在中国的美国人，中英文双语领导者，拥有广告行业背景，15 年以上带领国际团队从 0 到 1 的经验，曾与拼多多、美团、腾讯、泡泡玛特等企业合作，为其全球上市打造品牌故事。她的苏牧串串狗狗「德桑」，是她探索人宠共享餐饮的灵感来源。 An American living in China and a bilingual leader with a background in advertising, Sophia has 15+ years of building international teams from zero to one, and has crafted brand stories for global listings of companies such as Pinduoduo, Meituan, Tencent and Pop Mart. Her collie mix, Desang, inspires her to keep exploring dining that people and pets can share.

来自南非，职业生涯始于英国及欧洲。曾任 Luke Dale Roberts 主厨 The Test Kitchen 的副厨师长及首席糕点厨师长（该餐厅连续 6 年获非洲最佳餐厅等荣誉），曾任 De Grendel 主厨、Tiffany & Co. 品牌厨师，以及上海思南公馆 La Brise 523 合伙人兼主厨。 From South Africa, Conrad began his career in the UK and Europe. He was sous chef and head pastry chef at Luke Dale Roberts' The Test Kitchen — named Africa's best restaurant six years running — head chef at De Grendel, brand chef for Tiffany & Co., and partner-chef of La Brise 523 in Shanghai.

15 年以上西餐经验，曾在 Muse 集团（Highline、Rye & Co、Tiffany Blue Box Café）、Scarpetta、Bottega 担任核心职位，尤以正宗那不勒斯披萨闻名。持中级狗狗营养师证书，为人和狗狗共同打造健康美食菜单。 With 15+ years in western kitchens — including Muse Group (Highline, Rye & Co, Tiffany Blue Box Café), Scarpetta and Bottega — Billy is known for authentic Neapolitan pizza. A certified canine nutritionist, he designs healthy menus for people and dogs alike.
